Privacy
Hiraku doesn't collect any data. Your fold count stays on your iPhone, and Hiraku has no servers, no accounts, and no tracking.
What Hiraku keeps, and where
Your fold count, its history, the daily totals, and whether you've unlocked counting while closed are saved on your iPhone and nowhere else. They're included in your iPhone's own backups, which Apple handles under its privacy policy.
How long it's kept, and how to delete it
Everything stays until you delete it. To clear the count and its history, tap the More button (…) in Hiraku, then Reset count. Deleting Hiraku deletes everything it saved. Nothing is held anywhere else, so there's nothing further to request.
The unlock
The one-time unlock is sold and processed by Apple. Hiraku never sees your payment details or your Apple Account. To know whether counting while closed is unlocked, Hiraku asks Apple whether the purchase was made. That's how the unlock comes back after you reinstall, and how a refund turns it off.
Shortcuts
Counting while closed uses a Shortcuts automation that runs on your iPhone. It tells Hiraku that your phone opened, and nothing else.
Sharing
Hiraku shares no data with anyone. It has no ads, no analytics, no accounts, and no third-party code.
Children
Hiraku collects nothing from anyone, children included.
